Janneke Krijgsman

Janneke is a Breathwork teacher, Embodiment coach and Lead Ceremony facilitator at Spinoza. She creates powerful spaces where she invites people to expand beyond their limiting beliefs and connect to their most authentic self. She has been guiding retreats and programs at Spinoza since the start of the company and has her own practice where she offers private and group programs based on breathwork, bodywork and coaching. She brings a deep and loving presence as well as her soulful voice and music to each space she opens.
