Hidde Schröder

Hidde’s journey with psilocybin started after a severe accident, when he turned to plant medicine and microdosing as part of his recovery. What began as personal healing became a calling, and led him deeper into ceremonial practice, somatic work, and eventually to guiding others through the terrain he had walked himself. He guides with a steady, grounded presence and a deep respect for what the body knows, with a particular sensitivity to the moments where participants meet what they have been avoiding.

In one-on-one work, Hidde guides individuals through microdosing trajectories, integration sessions, and somatic bodywork. He writes, is a father, and lives in Amsterdam with his family.
